Why does iPhone/iPad not show every installed app?

iOS/iPadOS does not let 1desk read the complete installed-app list. The mobile app offers a curated set of public links and manual add options.

Does iPhone/iPad collect clipboard history automatically?

No. Content is imported only when you actively use the system paste control. There is no background, system-wide clipboard history.

How do I enable clipboard history on Mac?

Enable it in the workspace settings and follow any macOS permission prompts. You can disable it and adjust retention and item limits.

Why do performance metrics differ between devices?

The operating system exposes different metrics on each platform. iPhone/iPad do not show a complete process ranking for other apps.

Does a one-time purchase include other platforms?

Check the specific App Store product page and the entitlements shown in your Apple Account. Mac and iOS editions are not promised to share purchases automatically or sync data.
