Privacy Policy

Last updated:October 13, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the macOS, iPhone, and iPad editions of 1desk and this website. Operator: 先灼智能科技(上海)有限公司. Privacy and support contact: hi@xianzhuo-ai.com. Features differ by platform; rely on the edition you installed.

2. Information handled in the app

1desk is designed as an on-device workspace. Snippets, links, code, templates, workspaces, app links, and preferences that you add or change are stored in the app data directory on the current device. The app does not require an account and does not provide a 1desk cloud account or automatic cross-device sync. When you choose to share, export, open an external link, or use an Apple system service, the recipient handles the relevant information under its own terms.

3. Clipboard

On Mac, clipboard history is read and stored locally only after you confirm and enable the feature and meet macOS permission requirements, while the app is running. You can turn it off and choose retention and item limits. On iPhone and iPad, content is imported only when you actively use the system paste control; there is no background, system-wide clipboard monitoring. Clipboard content may be personal or sensitive. Do not copy passwords, keys, or content you do not want retained. The privacy mask changes display only; it is not encryption.

4. App links, files, and system metrics

Mac may read app-directory, file, and link information that you authorize to provide launch shortcuts; this does not grant access to all protected files. iPhone and iPad provide a curated catalog of public app links and do not read the complete list of installed apps. The performance page displays locally available device and app-runtime metrics exposed by the operating system. Available metrics vary by platform; mobile editions do not provide a full process ranking for other apps.

5. Network, analytics, and third parties

The current app project does not configure a 1desk account server, cloud sync, advertising, or third-party analytics/tracking SDK; its app privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking. The app does not send local snippets or clipboard history to a 1desk server. Apple App Store handles purchases and processes transaction and Apple Account information under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. When you open a third-party app, website, system store, or email support, those services may process information under their own policies. Website hosting may create basic access and security logs depending on the final hosting configuration.

6. Local storage, export, and deletion

Your library is stored on the current device; Mac, iPhone, and iPad libraries are separate. Clipboard history can be set to 7, 30, or 90 days. Pinned items do not expire by age; item and total storage are subject to app limits and settings. You can view, edit, delete, or export content using available in-app controls. Export files may contain private text, so protect them. Device-level backups are controlled by your Apple settings. Uninstalling the app may not remove every piece of data stored outside its container.

7. Permissions and controls

You can disable Mac clipboard capture and performance sampling in app settings and adjust permissions in system settings. Refusing an optional permission may disable the related feature; the app does not bypass system controls. Do not use 1desk as an encrypted vault or your only backup.

8. Children

1desk is a general productivity utility and is not designed for children. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Do not store information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

9. Changes and privacy requests

We will update this policy when material features or data practices change and show the revision date. You can manage local content using in-app controls or contact hi@xianzhuo-ai.com. Because 1desk has no account server, we cannot remotely access or delete information stored only on your device.
